These terms apply to the Backoffice Builder website, subscription configurator, quote tools, and discovery-call links. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the limits of the pricing information it provides.
1. Service description
Backoffice Builder provides marketing information, a guided subscription configurator, indicative pricing, shareable quote summaries, and a way to book a discovery call. Access to the operational product begins only after a service agreement is accepted and onboarding is completed.
The actual configuration, data migration, support, go-live date, service levels, and exclusions are governed by that separate written agreement.
2. Online quotes are indicative
Subscription prices are calculated from active headcount, billing cycle, tier, add-ons, and onboarding urgency using the pricing-model version recorded with the quote. They do not become binding until both parties accept a separate service agreement.
Pricing may change before acceptance when discovery identifies a different active headcount, integrations, security requirements, migration volume, taxes, third-party fees, or work not represented in the submitted answers. A saved quote retains its recorded pricing-model version for audit purposes.
3. Subscription terms
Published plans use a 12-month minimum term. Monthly billing means subscription and onboarding are invoiced according to the accepted agreement. Annual prepayment receives the displayed discount and may waive standard onboarding. You may cancel at the end of the agreed term without an additional cancellation penalty.
Tier and active-seat charges may be adjusted as headcount changes. A temporary increase within the published 15% buffer does not trigger an immediate charge. Upgrades, downgrades, invoicing dates, taxes, refunds, and expedited-onboarding fees are confirmed in the agreement. This website does not collect payment or card details.
4. Data portability and cancellation
You may export supported records in Excel, CSV, PDF, or another documented format while the subscription is active. After cancellation, customer data is retained for 90 days unless a different legal or contractual requirement applies, after which it may be securely deleted. This export right does not transfer our software, templates, source code, or third-party licensed material.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site for genuine evaluation and planning. You must not submit spam or knowingly false enquiries, impersonate another person, bypass rate limits or security controls, scrape the catalogue or pricing experience, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, or use quotes for fraud or misrepresentation.
We may block requests, remove saved records, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect visitors, the service, or our providers.
6. Intellectual property
The brand, copy, catalogue presentation, software, interface, visual design, configurator, and original content belong to Backoffice Builder or its licensors. You may use a quote internally to evaluate a subscription, but no other right or licence is granted unless stated in writing.
You retain ownership of information you submit and grant us a limited right to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service under the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations, compatibility with every browser, or that every requested configuration is available on the displayed terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backoffice Builder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising solely from use of this free website. Aggregate liability relating solely to this website will not exceed THB 1,000. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve disputes through direct discussion. If unresolved, the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
